Aluminium alloys

We supply you with aluminium foil in the alloy you require. The proportions in alloys are small, but make up the decisive part of the product properties.

EN-AW standard

In the old and long-established German standard, the aluminium content in the alloy was very clearly identifiable. According to the new and now common EN-AW standard, the proportions are no longer so clearly recognisable.

Alloys available from us for aluminium according to the EN-AW standard are 1050, 1200, 8079, 8011, 8111, 3003, 5754.

Degrees of hardness

In addition to the alloy, the required degree of hardness, which is created in the alloy during hardening, is one of the factors that significantly influences the product properties. We supply our customers with a wide range of hardness grades and specifications in aluminium foil.

The available hardness grades are between O/H111 - H18/19.

Product thicknesses and dimensions

Almost all dimensions and material thicknesses are available in aluminium foil. As a rule, the material thicknesses range from 6.3 to 4000ยต in material thickness up to 20 to 2000mm in width.

If your dimension is not listed, we will be happy to check availability on request. Our customers appreciate the fact that they receive flexible and small quantities that are precisely tailored to the production process.

Surfaces

We supply you with aluminium surfaces that are precisely tailored and finished to you and your product, sometimes with a focus on functional, sometimes on visual finishing. Unlike almost any other material, aluminium is suitable for finishing with additional functional and visual properties. Surfaces can be realised in very different ways.

Aluminium foils - functional and a perfect fit

We supply aluminium foil on rolls in various surfaces and degrees of hardness and, on request, also highly pure and degreased as a material for finer further processing.

We deliver:

  • Mother roles
  • Small rolls

Your advantages:

Basically, large mother rolls of several hundred kilograms are more effective to produce, which also pays off for you in a favourable price when purchasing large quantities. Nevertheless, production processes often require smaller quantities, which we can of course also supply for you in smaller quantities.

So if you are in a position to plan your production for the longer term, you will benefit from the price advantage of buying mother rolls. Another advantage of the parent roll is that time-consuming and cost-intensive roll changes are avoided.
